 FAQs

  • Legally, we are required to license every song we use. We use websites like soundstripe.com and musicbed.com, and you are more than welcome to browse and find a song you want for your film. We are always happy to send some recommendations of our favorite artists to use for you to pick from as well!

  • Yes of course! It’s your wedding day and if you want to have access to the raw footage you’re so welcome to have it! It does cost a bit extra since it’s more time and work, but just ask about it in your inquiry and we can add it to your package.

  • Unlike video, we do not offer raw photo to our clients. I promise you don’t want them though anyways! As we sift through photos, we discard the photos that are blurry, duplicates, have people blinking or not looking, etc. However, we don’t set a limit on how many photos you’ll receive back in your gallery, so we make sure to edit and deliver all the photos that turn out great! We would never deprive you of any good photos. Rest assured that the photos you receive in your gallery are the best ones and you’re not missing out on anything by not having the raw photos!

  • Yes yes yes we love to travel! We charge a travel fee that ranges in price depending on where the wedding is. But we love exploring new places and would love to be a part of your destination wedding! Just mention it in your inquiry and we can discuss what the travel fee would be for your specific location.

  • Your deposit is nonrefundable. The purpose of paying a deposit is that it permanently books your spot in our calendar and we set that day aside entirely for you. If something happens that causes the wedding to be canceled or rescheduled, we will try our best to work with you in finding a mutually agreed upon solution such as using that credit for a future shoot.

  • A First Look film is meant to capture the first moment your groom seems you in your dress. This shoot takes place a couple weeks before the wedding day, the same time as your bridal photos! Some couples prefer to have this moment in a more intimate setting rather than on the wedding day in front of a crowd, as well as have some photos to print and display on their wedding day! This type of shoot is a newer concept and is totally optional! A lot of LDS brides prefer this as well since the first time their groom sees them in their dress on the wedding day is in the temple where video and photo are not allowed. With a First Look Film, they can be sure to have this moment captured!
